Terms of Service
Terms for using the RemixThatPhoto image editing service and credit packs.
Last updated: 2026-10-05
Using RemixThatPhoto
By using RemixThatPhoto, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload an image or use the editor. The service is an English language image to image workbench with anonymous trials, accounts, and one time credit packs. The current anonymous allowance is up to three successful Standard (1 MP) edits per UTC day. It is enforced with a signed guest session, a trusted network signal, and service wide limits; deleting a cookie does not create another allowance.
Your images and directions
You must have the rights and any required permission to upload a source image and request an edit. You are responsible for the direction you enter and for checking the result before you download, share, or use it.
Do not use the service to create or request unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content. Prompt, source, and generated images are checked by automated safety services. A request may be refused before generation, and a generated result may be withheld after generation. A safety decision or provider result can be imperfect; do not use the editor as a safety or identity verification system.
Accounts and anonymous use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account credentials secure. Anonymous use is limited to the current Standard trial allowance and shared daily capacity. Delivered results do not receive a RemixThatPhoto-added watermark. Provider or source content may carry its own marks. Sign in when you need account history, larger output sizes, or purchased credits. Do not try to bypass limits, impersonate another user, or access another user's source or result.
Image editing and provider status
An accepted request does not guarantee a particular style, identity, composition, resolution, or commercial outcome. The editor may be unavailable when required configuration, storage, safety review, or provider capacity is unavailable. If a provider does not confirm whether a task finished, the task remains pending for reconciliation and is not submitted again automatically.
Credit packs and payment
Paid packs are one time purchases and credits do not expire under the current catalog. Standard edits use 5 credits, Detail (2 MP) edits use 10, and Large (4 MP) edits use 20. The checkout page shows the applicable pack, price, and credit terms before payment. Payment providers process checkout and may apply their own terms. Payment or credits do not grant rights to third-party source material, provider outputs, people, brands, or other protected content. Credit grants, reservations, confirmed failures, unknown provider tasks, and refunds are recorded in the service ledger. See the Refund Policy for the handling of duplicate charges, failed delivery, rejected requests, and other refund requests.
Private storage
Source and result images are kept in private object storage and are served through owner-checked or signed application routes. Confirmed failed or rejected tasks attempt cleanup. Successful objects are subject to the configured retention cleanup; the current code does not promise deletion after exactly 24 hours or any other fixed public deadline.
Prohibited activity and suspension
You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass access controls, submit malware, infringe another person's rights, abuse free or paid quotas, or use the service for unlawful content. We may suspend or close access when needed to protect users, providers, payment records, or the service.
Changes and contact
We may change these terms when the service or its providers change. The revision date above identifies the current text. For questions, email hello@remixthatphoto.com.
