Refund Policy

Scope

RemixThatPhoto sells one time credit packs. There are no monthly or yearly subscriptions. This policy is subject to any consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

Unsafe or rejected requests

We check the direction and source image before sending an edit for generation, and check the generated result before delivery. A request that fails a safety check is not delivered. Credits reserved for a rejected or failed edit are returned when the application can confirm that no result was delivered. The review and provider costs may still have been incurred by RemixThatPhoto.

Provider failures and unknown status

When a provider failure is confirmed before a result is delivered, the edit credits are returned. If the provider does not confirm whether a task finished, the task remains pending for reconciliation and is not submitted again automatically. Credits remain reserved until that state is resolved.

When a cash refund may be approved

Contact us promptly if:

• You were charged more than once for one pack.
• The charged amount or pack was incorrect.
• Purchased credits were not added to your account.
• A sustained technical failure prevented use of a purchased pack.
• A payment was unauthorized, subject to reasonable verification.
• Applicable law requires a refund.

Include the account email, order or transaction number, date, amount, and a short explanation. We review the payment and credit ledger before deciding the request.

When a cash refund is generally unavailable

Except where required by law, cash refunds are generally unavailable for credits already used for completed edits, dissatisfaction with the subjective style of a delivered result, free or promotional credits, or account action taken for a Terms of Service violation. We do not promise a particular creative result or identity preservation.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method when possible. We may revoke unused credits associated with a refunded pack. Your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear.
